Illustrations: Kids on Bikes RPG

Client: Renegade Game Studios

Brief: Create header illustrations for adventure modules in the Kids on Bikes tabletop roleplaying game book.

Kids on Bikes is the TTRPG you play if you watched Stranger Things and thought, “more of that please” (this absolutely describes me). The brief asked for a style reminiscent of the ink and halftone print illustrations of kids’ adventure books and comics of the 1980s. I had an extremely short deadline on these but, that considered, I’m happy with the outcome and would love to do more work in this style.

Digital: Procreate (sketches, inks, flat colours), Adobe Photoshop (finishing effects).
